Each hat from The Hat Social is made just for you — custom-designed, hand-touched, and full of personality. Because our hats are one-of-a-kind, we don’t accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order is placed.

We totally get it — sometimes things happen! If your hat arrives damaged or something isn’t quite right, just email us within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
